Harrison Urby Phase 1 is a mixed-use property consisting of 409 apartment units and 3,760 square feet of retail space. The building is the first phase of the Urby project in Harrison, and when combined with the second phase (currently under construction) that consists of 270 additional apartment units, the project will total 679 units.
