The Grand Adams
Pegasus transformed this 105,000 square foot building into an edgy urban loft building. Listed on the registry of national historic places, the conversion of this former factory yielded 99 apartments and 90 structured parking spaces. The redesigned interiors featured new hardwood flooring; exposed bricks and beams; and several interior courtyards. The expansive living quarters, coupled with significant green space yielded units unique to urban markets and established an identity that enabled the Grand Adams to succeed in its then-pioneering Hoboken location.
